DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets set by the Company by maximising the Company’s product
portfolio. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to
ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Visit all designated customers based on service level route plan to ensure
customer needs are being met. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (cold
calling, networking, referrals). - Collect outstanding accounts receivables and manages customer credit terms and
limit to ensure that they are made in accordance with the Company’s credit policy. - Follow up with open orders to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide after sales service and follow up with customers to ensure orders are
delivered as requested. - Complete daily sales report/ route plan including all Customers visited and all
orders received in person or electronically (Telephone, Fax or Email) and forwards
same as per departmental procedure to Team Lead – Sales & Marketing. - Provide courteous, quality and professional service to customers.
- Report issues with products/ customer complaints to Research and Development
Manager/ Quality Assurance Manager and provide timely feedback to customers. - Ensure proper knowledge of the Company’s Products (Strengths and
Weaknesses) and keep abreast of in-house product innovations as they pertain to
the end use of relevant products. - Ensure customers display Company’s product range effectively and provide
merchandising support as required. - Provide feedback and make recommendations to Team Lead for Point-of- Sale
promotions at various outlets. - Reports on competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform any other related duties as may be required by the job function or by the
Team Lead.
Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and working Vehicle
