Dr. Kamla Mungal

Development and Ethics Director

Dr. Kamla Mungal is the Development and Ethics Director of the Quicksilver Group of Companies.  She is a Leadership Educator and Coach affiliated with the Kari-Glo Leadership Centre in Trinidad and Tobago.  She is an adjunct member of faculty at the Arthur Lok Global School of Business and has also taught at the School of Education, UWI St. Augustine and Mount Saint Vincent University in Canada.  She is a former Director, Qualifications and Recognition, at the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago and also formerly served as a primary school principal.

Dr. Mungal holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK. 

Dr. Mungal is a trained coach and completed the Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP) qualification at Coacharya.  She has coached mid-level executives in various companies including Magic Mist Services and IBM India.
