With over 20 years of expertise in finance and operations, Kimberly Jaggernauth is a seasoned leader whose career spans multiple industries and executive roles. She began her journey in finance as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining extensive audit and business assurance experience over seven years across diverse sectors, including petrochemical, automotive, environmental, and food and beverage.

Kimberly’s leadership capabilities were further demonstrated during her tenure at Ultra-Pharm Marketing Limited. As Chief Financial Officer, she successfully managed the company’s financial processes, maximising shareholder returns and mitigating risks through robust controls. She was later promoted to Chief Operations Officer, where she excelled in aligning operations with company goals, leveraging technology, and cultivating a high-performing team to exceed stakeholder expectations.

Currently, Kimberly serves as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President for Global Business Services at the Quicksilver Group of Companies. In this dual role, she oversees the implementation of the Group’s strategy and leads its operations, combining her expertise in finance and business operations to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Kimberly is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. Her professional qualifications, combined with her extensive experience, strengthen her ability to deliver exceptional results.

Outside of her professional life, Kimberly has been married for 13 years and is a proud mother of two children.
