With over 20 years of extensive experience in property development and management across Trinidad and Tobago, Nicholas Hosam is a seasoned leader in the industry. His proven track record spans various roles, including Group President, Chief Operations Officer, General Manager, and Senior Account Manager, where he has consistently delivered strategic growth and operational excellence.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies (1994), a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of Liverpool (2015), and an MSc in Real Estate with Merit from the University College of Estate Management (2018).

Currently serving as Group President at the Quicksilver Group of Companies, Nicholas spearheads strategies for manufacturing realignment and business expansion. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Home Construction Group, he successfully managed asset divestments, optimised property portfolios, and led outsourcing initiatives.

His expertise extends to overseeing multi-million-dollar property portfolios during his tenure as General Manager at DOMHAD Investments Limited (Bluewaters Group) and managing diverse property assets, including shopping centers, resorts, and industrial properties, in earlier roles. Nicholas also brings valuable insights from his years in corporate banking, where he progressed from Account Officer to Senior Account Manager, excelling in client relationship management, credit analysis, and business development.
