Thunderbirds Internship Program
Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
The Thunderbirds Internship Programme is designed to ignite potential, develop leadership, and connect emerging talent to real-world impact. Rooted in our commitment to innovation, excellence, and values-driven performance, the programme provides interns with hands-on experience in dynamic business environments — preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Through mentorship, structured learning, and project-based engagement, participants gain exposure to key areas across our organization, from strategy and operations to technology and people development. Each intern is challenged to think critically, act ethically, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
